If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to anj/
person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not af;~ect
other provisions or application of the ordinance which can be given effect
without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions
of this ordinance are decl~ed to be se~erable.
Section 3
That a public hearing be held on this ordinance on the-- ~_ day
of ~ , 1982, at 5:00 P,M. in the City Council Chambers, Aspen
C~ty Hall, Aspen, Colorado, fifteen (]5) days prior to which he~ing not~ce
of the same shall be published once within a newspaper o~ general c~rculation
