HomeMy WebLinkAboutordinance.council.013-82 RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves (Series of 1982) Ai~ ORDll~AN[~ REOOGNIZING P~VENUE OF $75@ AND APPROPRIATING EXPENDI- ~3RES OF $1,500 FROM CURRENT YFAR FUND BALANCE IN THE GENERAL FUND; APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES OF $5,600 FROM CU~_ YEAR FUND BALANCE IN THE WA'±'~ FUND; RECOGNIZING REVENUE OF $16,200 AND APPROPRIATING EXPEN- DITURES OF $18,900 FROM CURRENT YEAR FUND BALANCE IN THE LAND FUND; APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES OF $700 FROM PRIOR YEAR FUND BALANCE IN THE WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Fz~ne Rule Charter, the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that the City has un- appropriated current year revenues in the Land Fund, General Fund, Water Fund, and unappropriated prior year fund balance in Wheeler Fund; and KrHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain revenues and expenditures must be recognized and approved, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OROA/NED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 Upon the City Manager's certification that there are current year revenues available for appropriation in the Water Fund, Land Fund, and General Fund, and prior year revenues in the Wheeler Fund, the City Council hereby makes supplemental appropriations as itemized in Exhibit A attached. Section 2 If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion ~f this ordinance is for any 'reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
