(Series of 1982) AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES IN THE GENERAL FUND OF $30,450.00 FROM CURRENT YEAR FUND BALANCE IN THE GENERAL FUND AND TRANSFERS FROM THE TRANSIT AND LAND FUNDS; RECOGNIZING REVENUE OF $1,850,000.00 AND APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES OF $673,860.00 IN THE LAND FUND; RECOGNIZING REVENUES OF $1,100,000.00 AND APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES OF $1,100,000.00 IN THE TRANSIT FUND; RECOGNIZING REVENUES OF $100,000.00 AND APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES OF $100,000.00 IN WATER MANAGEMENT FUND; APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES OF $31,000.00 FROM PREVIOUS YEAR FUND BALANCE IN THE GOLF FUND; RECOGNIZING REVENUES OF $63,521.00 AND APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES OF $63,521.00 IN THE ASSET REPLACEMENT FUND; APPROPRIATING EXPEN- DITURES OF $1,200,000.00 IN THE WHEELER FUND FROM CURRENT YEAR BALANCE IN THE ~EELERFUNDAND TRANSFER FROM THE LAND FUND. WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter, the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that the City has unappropriated current year revenues in the Land Fund, General Fund, Transit Fund, Water Management Fund, Asset Replacement Fund, and unappropriated prior year fund balance in the Golf Fund; and WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain revenues and expenditures must be recognized and approved, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 Upon the City Manager's certification that there are current year revenues available for appropriation in the Land Fund, Transit Fund, Water Management Fund, Asset Replacement Fund, and General Fund, and prior year revenues in the Golf Fund, the City Council hereby makes supplemental appropriations as itemized in Exhibit "A" attached. Section 2 If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
