HomeMy WebLinkAboutordinance.council.044-82 2,, 590 RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS LOt,,b ,,~ ~AI'4!,~IER 100 Leaves ORDINANCE(Series NC.of 1~ OC~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24-2.2 (ZONING DISTRICT MAP)BY ZON- ING AN ANNEXED TRACT OF LAND ADJACENT TO LOT 11, CALLAHAN SUBDIVI- SION LOCATED IN PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, TO R-15A/PUD AS AMENDED WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the zoning for the Benedict annexation parcel (Ordinance 43-1982) and the rezoning of Lot 11, Callahan Subdivision, as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended the amendment of Section 24-2.2 of the Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 That Section 24-2.2 (Zoning District Map) is hereby amended by zoning the following-described area R-15-A/PUD: A parcel of land situated in the East 1/2 of Section 18, Township 10 South, Range 84 West of the 6th Principal Meri- dian, Pitkin County, Colorado, being more fully described as follows: Beginning at Corner No. 1 of the Riverside Placer, M.S. 3905 AM., a brass cap in place, Thence S 00°14' W, 230.00 feet, Thence N 89~46' W, 70.00 feet, to the centerline of the Roar- ing Fork River, Thence N 32"27'17" W, 74.05 feet along said centerline to the point of intersection with the Southerly extension of the Westerly li~e of Lot 11, Callahan Subdivision, Thence N 00°14' E, 382.62 feet along said Southerly extension and Westerly line of said Lot 11 to the Southerly right-of- way line of Crystal Lake Road, Thence 89.75 feet along said right-of-way line and the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 375.00 feet, the chord of which bears N 84°51'23'' E, 89.54 feet, Thence 21.21 feet along said right-of-way line and the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 375.00 feet, the chord of which bears N 79°37'13'' E, 21.21 feet, Thence S 00"14' W, 227.24 feet to the point of beginning con- taining 1.1048 acres more or less.
