ORDINANCE NO.
(Series of 1982)
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING LAND FUND EXPENDITURES OF $66,400.00 TO
LAND FUND TRANSFERS TO THE GOLF FUND AND APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES
OF $66,400.00 IN THE GOLF FUND.
WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter,
the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manger has certified that the City has
unappropriated current year revenues in the Land Fund and
unappropriated prior year fund balance in the Golf Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain expenditures
must be approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the City Manger's certification that there are current
year revenues available for appropriation in the Land Fund and prior
year revenues in the Golf Fund, the City Council hereby makes
supplemental appropriations as itemized in Exhibit "A" attached.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurdisdiCtion, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions thereof.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the
day of ~~%~ , 1982, at 5:00 p.m. in the
