(Series of 1982) AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING GE~L F~U~ EX~URES OF $13,616; TRANSFERRING $13,616 FROM THE MALL/TRANSPORTATION FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND; APPROPRIATING LAND FUND EXPENDITURES OF $14,200; APPROPRIATING WATER FUND EXPENDITURES OF $506; RECOGNIZING WATER FUND REVENUES OF $606; APPROPRIATING ELECTRIC FUND EXPENDITDRES OF $99,900; APPROPRIATING RETIREMENT FUND EXPENDITURES OF $360,000. WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter, the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that the City has unappropriated current year revenues in the General Fund, Mall/ Transportation Fund, Land Fund, Hater Fund, El~ectric Fund, and Retirement Fund; and WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain revenues and expenditures must be recognized and approved, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 Upon the City Manager's certification that there are current year revenues available for appropriation in the General Fund, Mall/ Transportation Fund, Land Fund, Water Fund, Electric Fund, and Retirement Fund, the City Council hereby makes supplemental appropria- tions as itemized in Exhibit "A" attached. Section 2 If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
