Mayor Bennett called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. in the City
Manager's Office with Councilmembers Peters, Reno, Richards, and
Pendleton present.
Councilmembers Reno, Peters, Richard, Pendleton and Mayor Bennett
all waived the notice requirements for a special meeting.
Councilwoman Pendleton moved to go into executive session for the
purpose of discussing real property acquisitions; seconded by
Councilman Peters. All in favor, motion carried.
Council left the executive session at 9:45 a.m.
