Mayor Bennett called the meeting to order at 4:08 p.m. with
Councilmembers Pendleton, Richards and Peters present.
Councilman Peters moved to go into executive session for the
purposes of discussing property acquisition and legal issues;
seconded by Councilwoman Richards. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilwoman Pendleton moved to come out of executive session at
5:35 p.m.; seconded by Mayor Bennett. All in favor, motion
carried.
Councilwoman Pendleton moved to adjourn at 5:35 p.m; seconded by
Councilman Peters. All in favor, motion carried.
