Mayor Bennett called the special meeting to order at 4:10 p.m. in
the City Manager's office with Councilmembers Reno, Richards and
Waggaman present.
City Clerk Kathryn Koch requested Council schedule a special
meeting Monday October 4 before their budget hearing to consider a
contract resolution and to hear from the city's special counsel,
Sandra Stuller, about plea bargaining in the license liquor
hearing. Councilwoman Richards said he would like to hear from the
police department at this meeting. Council agreed to a special
meeting Monday, October 4 at 4:45 p.m. to consider the above items.
Councilwoman Richards moved to go into executive session at 4:20
p.m. to consider personnel; seconded by Councilwoman Waggaman. All
in favor, motion carried.
