Mayor Bennett called the special meeting to order at 6:25 p.m. with
Councilmembers Richards, Waggaman, Reno and Paulson present.
Councilwoman Waggaman moved to go into executive session to discuss
possible litigation and property acquisition; seconded by Council-
woman Richards. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Reno moved to come out of executive session at 8:05 p.m.
and to adjourn; seconded by Councilwoman Waggaman. All in favor,
motion carried.
