This project is located at 675 E. Durant Avenue. Aspen Skiing Company owns and operates the ski concierge in The Little Nell Hotel at the base of Aspen Mountain. We have found that the facility is not large enough to accommodate the demand for storage generated by Guests of the hotel as well as Guests of the Mountain. This project will allow us to install an electric boot dryer which will accommodate 300 pairs of boots each night. By adding the boot dryer we will in-turn create more space for an additional bench and storage above for helmets, goggles etc. This request does not change the use or character of the development. This request is consistent with the conditions and representations in the projects original approval and is an insubstantial change. This request does not require granting a variation from the projects allowed use and does not request an increase in the allowed height or floor area.
