A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM
DEED AND A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED FROM THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY FOR CERTAIN TRAILS AND PARK LANDS,
INCLUDING WAGNER PARK.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Pitlcin County has agreed to convey
certain trails and park lands to the City of Aspen; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that acceptance of said lands and trails is in
the best interests of the City of Aspen.
NOW, WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
That the City Council of the City of Aspen hereby accepts that certa'm Quit Cla'un Deed
appended hereto as Exhibit "A" and that eerta'm Special Warranty Deed appended hereto as
Exhibit "B" from the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County.
I, Kathryn S. Koch, duly appointed and acting City Clerk do certify that the foregoing is
a ~xue and accurate copy of that resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Aspen,
