We, the undersigned canvassers of the election returns of an election held in the city of Aspen,
of Colorado, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a true and correct abstract of tl
votes cast at said election as shown by the abstracts for the several voting precincts in said City
Aspen. Pursuant to the Home Rule Charter of the City of Aspen Section 3.3 Steven Skadron was
elected Mayor. Pursuant to Section 3.2 Ann Mullins was Elected to City Council. Torre and Wan
Houenstein will proceed to a Run Off election on June 6, 2017 pursuant to Section 2.7.
