HomeMy WebLinkAboutcclc.minutes.03172004COMMERCIAL CORE & LODGING COMMISSION MINUTES OF MARCH 17, 2004 Chairperson, Bill Dinsmoor called the meeting to.order at 8:30 a.m. CommisSioners in attendance: Charles Kennedy, Andrew Kole, Mark Goodman and Terry Butler. John Starr, Marc Breslin and Eric Cohen were excused. Valet Parking TiTM Ware, Parking Supervisor relayed that Brian Wexler has not paid the City for use of the parking garage Which amounts to $3,500. Terry suggested that Brian be contacted to pay all back fees by Thursday and finish out the season. CCLC will discuss valet parking in general at another date. Judy Pearce - Alpen Antiks Judy said she understands the market but would like CCLC to consider having antiques in the 2005 market. Bill explained the back-ground of the market and the criteria. Bill said we do not brokerage items. Andrew suggested that Judy do some demonstrations. Rick Schultz, Autograph Source said he is intereSted in keeping an open Space in front of his store. Andrew suggested a raffle be held at the end of the season and Rick donate a Bronco shirt to a non-profit. People could register to win in his store.
