ORDINANCE NO. 4
(Series of 1981)
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING GENERAL FUND EXPENDITgRES IN THE AMOUNT
OF $6,990 FROM CURRENT FUND BALANCES
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there are avail-
able for appropriation fund balances in the budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain expendi-
tures must be recognized and approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO;
Section 1
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are avail-
able for appropriation fund balances in the budget, the City Coun-
cil hereby makes a supplemental appropriation of General Fund
expenditures in the amount of $6,990 for the purposes specified:
GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES:
City Council
Cash contributions (ambulance service) $ 6,990
$ 6,990
Section 2
If any subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of
this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional
by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be
deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such
holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions
thereof.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the~~
