AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF
ASPEN, COLORADO, SECTION 24-2.2 BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF THAT
PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED
BY THIS REFERENCE FROM R-6~'P~D TO R_6 PUD/RB
WHEREAS, the Aspen City Council has been presented with a
recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission to amend
Section 24-2.2 of the Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to adopt the same for the
benefit of the City of Aspen~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section i
That Section 24-2.2 (Zoning District~Map) is hereby amended
by changing the zoning in that project described in Exhibit ',A~,
attached hereto and incorporated by this reference from R-6 PUD to
R-6 PUD/RB.
Section 2
If any subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of
this ordinance is for any reason held invalid Or unconstitutional
by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be
deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such
holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions
thereof.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the /~
day of ~
, 1981, at 5;00 P.M. in the City
Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado, fifteen days
prior to which hearing notice of the same shall be published once
in a newspaper of general circulation within the City.
