MAY4, 2004 Mayor Klanderud called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. with Councilmembers Semrau, Richards and Paulson present. Councilman Semrau moved to go into executive session at 4:30 p.m. pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a) to discuss potential property acquisition, specifically Smuggler; seconded by Councilwoman Richards. All in favor, motion carried. Councilman Semrau moved to come out of executive session at 5:25 p.m. seconded by Councilwoman Richards. All in favor, motion carried. John Worcester, city attorney, noted Council discussed another potential property acquisition during the executive session as well as Smuggler. Councilwoman Richards moved to adjourn at 5:25 p.m.; seconded by Councilman Semrau. All in favor, motion carried.
