This Resubdivision of Lots 4, 5 and 6 into Lots 5 and 6 of the Amended Plat of
Aspen Chance Subdivision has been reviewed and is hereby approved by the
Planning Director of the City of Aspen, a Colorado Municipal Corporation
Pursuant to the authority set forth in Section 7-907A of the Aspen Land Use
Code this day of 1989.
SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE
I, Frank W. Harrington, registered land surveyor, do hereby certify that I have
prepared this Resubdivision of Lots 4, 5 and 6 into Lots 5 and 6 of the Amended
Plat of Aspen Chance Subdivision, that the location of the lot lines of Lots 5
and 6 are accurately and correctly shown hereon, that the same are based on
field surveys and that platted Lots 5 and 6 conform to those staked on the
ground.
