That is the Building Orientation standard for curvilinear streets. She acknowledged that we have some unusual site constraints due to an oddly shaped building envelope and an irrigation ditch running through the property, but said we must go before DRAC to get a variance. Therefore, we are hereby submitting our Land Use Application Documents as required to be placed on the agenda for the February 4, 1999 meeting ofDRAC. Although Country Meadows Lots 7 through 10 are all undeveloped land, we will prepare a photographic panorama of the nearby houses for presentation at the hearing.
