ASPEN, COLORADO, AS DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED
HERE~ AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE FROM
R-15A/PUD to R-15A/PUD/RBO
WHEREAS, the Aspen City Council has been presented with
a recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission to
amend Section 24-2.2 of the Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to adopt the same for
the benefit of the City of Aspen,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Section 24-2.2 (Zoning District Map) is hereby amended
by changing the zoning of the property described in Exhibit "A"
and attached hereto from R-15A/PUD to R-15A/PUD/RBO, subject
to full compliance with the Final PUD Subdivision Plan,
Subdivision Plat and Subdivision Agreement for the area.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity
of the remaining portions thereof.
Section 3
That a public hearing on this ordinance be h~ld on the
day of , 1981, at 5:00 P.M. in the
City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado,
fifteen (15) days prior to which hearing notice of the same
shall be published once within a newspaper of general circulation
within the City.
