AN ORDINANCE MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN
THE AMOUNT OF $10,000.00 FROM FUND BALANCE OF THE LAND
FUND FOR RIO GRANDE STUDY EXPENDITURES
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there are funds
available for appropriation from Fund Balance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain expendi-
tures must be recognized and approved.
NOW, THEREFOREf BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the 'City Manager's certification that there are avail-
able for appropriation Fund Balance, the City Council hereby makes
a supplemental appropriation of current year Fund Balance of the
Land Fund in the amount of $10,000.00 for Rio Grande study expen-
ditures.
Section 2
If any subsection, sentence, clause~ phrase or portion of
this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional
by any court of competent 3urisdiction, such portion shall be
deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such
holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions
thereof.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the 2~
day of ~
~ , 1981, at 5:00 P.M. in the City
Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
