ORDINANCE NO. ~

IN THE AMOUNT
AN ORDINANC APPROPRIATING GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES
OF $21,880 FROM FUND BALANCE, APPROPRIATING WATER FiUND
EXPENDITURES OF $3,500 FROM FUND BALANCE
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there are
available for appropriation from fund balance in the budget;
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain
expenditures must be recognized and approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are
available for appropriation from fund balance in the budget, the
City Council hereby makes a supplemental appropriation of General
Fund expenditures in the amount of $21,880.00 and Water Fund
expenditures in the amount of $3,500.00 for the purpose specified
in the attached Exhibit "A".
Section 2
If any section,' subsection; sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconsti-
tutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion
shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and
such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining por-
tions thereof.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the
day of ~.~_~-~- , 1981, at 5:00 P.M. in the
City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.

the City Council of the City of Aspen, Colorado, at its regular
