AN ORDINANCE MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE
CASTLE RIDGE EMPLOYEE HOUSING FUND FROM PRIOR YEAR FUND
BALANCES IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,375.00
WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter,
the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager nas certified that the City has
recognized sufficient prior year Fund Balance in the Castle Ridge
Employee Housing Fund, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain expendi-
tures must be ~ecognized and approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are avail-
able for appropriation prior year Fund Balance in excess of those
requested herein, the City Council hereby makes a supplemental
appropriation in the amount of $10,375.00 from unappropriated
prior year Fund Balance in the Castle Ridge Employee Housing Fund
for such employee housing related expenses.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconsti-
tutional Dy any court of competent 3urisdiction, such portion
shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and
such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining por-
tions thereof.
