AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ~7,.630 FROM CURRENT YEAR
UNAPPROPRIATED REVENUES IN THE LAND FUND FOR PREVIOUSLY
PURCHASED MALL BRICKS TO BE USED BY CITY BUSINESSES
WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter,
the City Council may make supplemental appropriations;, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that the City has
unappropriated current year and prior year revenues in the Land
Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain revenues
and expenditures must be recognized and approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO~
Section i
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are avail-
able for appropriation in the Land Fund, current year revenues and
prior year unappropriated reserves in excess of those previously
appropriated, the City Council hereby makes a supplemental appro-
priation in the amount of $1.7,630 for the issuance of mall bricks
to businesses in the City.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconsti-
tutional in a court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall
be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and shall
not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the ~/

Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
