AN ORDINANCE MAKING A CHANGE IN THE ALLOCATION OF GENERAL
FUND ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS TO ENTERPRISE AND SPECIAL REVENUE
FUNDS RESULTING IN ADDITIONAL CURRENT YEAR GENERAL FUND
BALANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF $130,100
WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter,
the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that the City has
available sufficient current year Fund Balances in Special Revenue
and Enterprise Funds, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain allocations
and expenditures must be recognized and approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADo:
Section
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are avail-
able for appropriation current year Fund Balances in Special
Revenue and Enterprise Funds, the City Council hereby makes an
additional appropriation in the amount of $130,100 from unappro-
priated current year Fund Balances in Special Revenue and Enter-
prise funds as set forth in Exhibit "A".
Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof
to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity
shall not affect other provisions or application of the ordinance
which can be given effect without the invalid provision or appli-
cation, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are
declared to be severable.
