JChange Title to read "First Amended Plat of Lot 19, Block G, of the Moore Family PUD/Subdivision. This plat amends the plat recorded in Plat Book 45 at Page 81 in the records of the Pitkin County Clerk and recorder. 2. vIilc1ude Vicinity Map on the plat. 3. /l](emove the City Council's Signature Block. 4. >-Label the amount of square footage being added and removed from the building envelope. 5. -fi\mend City Engineer's Signature Block to read Community Development Engineer. 6. I am including a check for $500 as the application fee. The revised plat will be delivered to your office directly from our surveyor, Jeff Tuttle. As we have discussed, the new survey will show a proposed trade off of about 100 sq ft that will be added to the east side of the envelope as a sort of square "pop-out" to include the utility fence, and subtracted from the west end of the envelope. Tuttle has committed to getting the revised survey, with all appropriate signature blocks, to you by July 31 ". He is proposing that he send a paper copy first, for your comments, to be followed by a milar that would reflect your comments. Thank you for your assistance on this matter.
