It is desirable and necessary that said territory be annexed to the City of Aspen, Colorado. 2. The requirements of Sections 3 and 4 of the Municipal Annexation Act of 1965 are fully met. 3. The undersigned are the owners of one hundred percent (100%) of the property proposed to be annexed. 4. The following is a legal description of the boundaries of the area proposed to be annexed: Lot 43, West Aspen Subdivision, Pitkin County Colorado.
