AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 2, BLOCK 2, OF THE
PITKIN MESA SUBDIVISION TO R-15 WHICH REZONING
IS REQUIRED BY REASON OF THE RECENT ANNEXATION
OF SAID LOT 2 TO THE CITY OF ASPEN
WHEREAS, the City Council has recently annexed Lot 2
of Block 2 of Pitkin Mesa Subdivision to the City and the Council
wishes to complete the annexation process by rezoning the newly
annexed parcel, and
WHEREAS, the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission,
subsequent to conducting a public hearing at its meeting held
December 22, 1976, did recommend that the area be zoned R-15;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That from and after the effective date of this
ordinance, the following described parcel located in Pitkin
County, Colorado, shall be zoned R-15 and regulated by the
provisions of Chapter 24
