ORDINANCE NO. ~
(Series of 1975)
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE
AMOUNT OF $25,990.00; RECOGNIZING REVENUES IN EXCESS OF THOSE
ESTIMATED IN THE BUDGET FOR SAID AMOUNT REPRESENTING A CETA
GRANT AND COUNTY CONTRIBUTION FOR THREE ~3) EMPLOYEES;~ AND
ALLOCATING THE APPROPRIATIONS TO THE GENERAL FUND (COMMUNIC-
ATIONS SALARIES) AND WATER ENTERPRISE FUND (WATER DEPARTMENT
SALARIES)
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there
are available for appropriation revenues in excess of those
estimated, representing CETA grant funding and County contrib-
ution to the cost of dispatch services, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to recognize these
additional revenues and authorize their allocation to the
General (Communications Salaries) Fund, and Water Enterprise
(Water Department Salaries) Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That there be appropriated the
Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety ($25,990.00)
and Water Enterprise Funds as follows:
General Fund
Communications Salaries
Communications Fringe Benefits
Grant - Comprehensive Employment
and Training Act
Communications Salaries
Communications Fringe Benefits
County Reimbursement
Water Enterprise Fund
Water Department Salaries
Water Department Fringe Benefits
Grants CETA
sum of Twenty-Five
Dollars to the General
Expenses

Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid pro-
visions or applications, and to this end the provisions or
applications of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A publi, c hearing on this ordinance shall be held on
the ~ day of ~~c~A~ , 1975, at 5 P.M. in the City
Council Chambers, Aspen cit all, Aspen, Colorado.
