(Series of 1975)
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,500.00 TO THE ASPEN HISTORICAL
SOCIETY; $750.00 TO THE ASPEN VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT; AND
$1,000.00 TO THE ASPEN FOUNDATION OF THE ARTS FROM UNAPPROPRI-
ATED WATER FUND SURPLUSES FOR THE 1975 BUDGET YEAR
WHEREAS, %here remains unappropriated water fund
revenues and the City Council wishes to allocate some of
these sums to various non-profit organizations within the City
of Aspen,
~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That there be appropriated from unappropriated water
revenues the following donations totaling Four Thousand Two
Hundred Fifty ($4,250.00) Dollars:
General Fund Obligations
Appropriation
Expenditures Revenues
Donation to Aspen Historical
Society
$ 2,500.00
Donation to Aspen Volunteer Fire Department
Donation to Aspen Foundation of the Arts

Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions or

applications of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held

City Council Chambers, Aspen city Hall, Aspen, colorado.
