(Series of 1975) AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING REVENUES IN EXCESS OF THOSE ESTIMATED IN THE BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING SUCH EXCESS REVENUES IN THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND ($35,000.00) DOLLARS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF STREETS FOR STREET MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR. WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified to the City Council that there is available for appropriation revenues in excess of those estimated in the budget, and WHEREAS, the City Council, at the request of the City Manager, wishes to allocate those funds so as to make them available to the Department of Streets for the repair and main- tenance of the City streets, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 That there be appropriated from the general fund the amount of Thirty-Five Thousand ($35,000.00) Dollars to the Street Maintenance Fund as follows: General Fund Street Maintenance Increased Sales Tax Revenues Section 2 Appropriation Expenditure Revenues $ 35,000.00 $35,000.00 Zf any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions or RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves applications of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
