'~' (Series of 1975) AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNAPPROPRIATED 7th PENNY SALES TAX PROCEEDS IN THE AMOUNT OF FOURTEEN THOUSAND FIFTY ($14,050.00) DOLLARS FOR PUBLIC TRANSIT AND PEDESTRIAN MALL PURPOSES WHEREAS, the City Council has received requests for additional appropriations for mall design and public transit purposes and 7th Penny Sales Tax Revenues are appropriate sources of funding for these expenditures, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 That there be appropraited Fourteen Thousand Fifty ($14,050.00) Dollars in 7th Penny Sales Tax Revenues for use of the mall and public transit Transportation Fund Tax (7th Penny Sales Tax) Decrease Unappropriated Revenues Transfer to Mall Fund Transfer to Public Transit Fund the funds, as follows: Appropriation Expenditure Revenues $ 6,000.00 8,050.00 $14,050.00 Leaving unappropriated 7th Penny Sales Tax Revenues in the amount of Eighty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Six ($85,676.00) Dollars. Section 2 If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid $14,050.00 $14,050.00 RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions or applications of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
