ORDINANCE NO.
(Series of 1975)
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FIFTEEN HUNDRED ($1,500.00) DOLLARS
TO THE LAND ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT FUND WITH UNAPPROPRIATED
REVENUES FROM 6TH PENNY SALES TAX
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to allocate additional
monies to the Land Acquistion and Improvement Fund from un-
appropriated 6th penny sales tax proceeds,
i~OW, THEREFORE, i2E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That there be appropriated from 6th Penny Sales Tax
proceeds to the Land Acquisition and Improvement fund the amount
of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars, as follows:
Appropriation
Expenditure Revenues
Decrease Unappropriated Revenues
6th Penny Sales Tax
Increase Land Acquisition and
Improvement $1,500.00
Leaving unappropriated 6th Penny Sales Tax revenues
amount of Six Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Seven
Dollars.

Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall nto affect other provisions or applications of

the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions
or applications of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
