AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF UNAPPROPRIATED WATER
PLANT INVESTMENT FEES IN THE ~OUNT OF THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE ($35~345.90) DOLLARS FOR EXPENDITURE ON WATER
CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, there remain unappropriated water plant in-
vestment fees and the City Council wishes to allocate those funds
to the Water Department for capital improvements,
~OW, THEREFORE, DE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That there be appropriated from unexpended water plant
investment fees to the Water Department for capital improvements
the amount of Thi~'ty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Five
($35,345.00) Dollars, as follows:

Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof
to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall
not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which
can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applications,
and to this end the provisions or applications of this ordinance
are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held on the
~ day of ~_~ , 1975 at 5 P.?[. in the City Council
Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
