AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THIRTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY
ONE ($13,491.00) DOLLARS OF ESCROWED SUBDIVISION DEDICATION FEES
TO THE TRANSPORTATION FUND; AND FURTHER APPROPRIATING THE SAME
FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THE THOMAS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, it is necessary to properly identify and record
the use of subdivision dedication fee monies in the acquisition
of the Thomas Property, and to authorize the appropriation of
the same by ordinance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO;
Section 1
?hat there be transferred from the Subdivision Dedication
Escrow Account of the Land Acquisition including Open Space
and Capital Improvement Fund to the Transportation Fund the
amount of Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-One ($13,941.00)
Dollars, as follows:
Land Acquisition Including Open
Space and Capital Improvement Fund
Appropriation
Revenue Expenditure
Prior Year Unappropriated Fund
Balance in Subdivision Dedication
Fees Escrow Account $ 13,491.00
Transfer to Transportation Fund
$ 13,491.00
leaving One Thousand Four Hundred Five and 68/100
the prior year balance of the Subdivision Dedication Fee Escrow
Account.

($13,491.00) Dollars for the purchase of the Thomas Property, as

invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid pro-
visions or applications, and to this end the provisions or applic-
ations of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
