AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FOURTEEN THOUSAND ($14,000.90) DOLLARS
OF UNAPPROPRIATED PLANT INVESTMENT FEES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE CEMETERY LANE INTERCONNECT WATERLINE
~{EREAS, there has been requested the sum of Fourteen
Thousand ($14,000.00) Dollars to construct an intercept line
for the Cemetery Lane Waterline all as itemized in the June 25,
1975 memo of the Director of the Water Department, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to authorize said
expenditures and appropriate them from unexpended plant invest-
ment fees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That there be appropriated from unappropriated Plant
Investment Fees the amount of Fourteen Thousand ($14,000.~0)
Dollars for Water Capital Construction Projects, namely con-
struction of the Cemetery Lane Interconnect Waterline.
Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid pro-
visions or applications, and to this end the provisions or
applications of this ordinance are declared to be severable.

A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held on

Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
