(Series of 1975)
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED ($1,500.00) DOLLARS OF UNAPPROPRIATED WATER PLANT
INVESTMENT FEES FOR THE RESTORATION OF THE MAROON-MEADOWOOD
PIPELINE EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has, by contract, obligated
the City to restore the vegetation within and along the pipe-
line easement within the Meadowood Subdivision, and appropriation
for such purpose from unexpended water plant investment fees is
appropriate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That there be appropriated One Thousand Five Hundred
($1,500.00) Dollars of unexpended water plant investment fees
as follows:
Water Department
Unappropriated Plant Investment
Fees
Meadowood-Maroon Pipeline
Restoration
Appropriation
Revenue Expenditure
$1,500.00
$1,500.00
$1,500.00 $1,500.00
Leaving a balance of Forty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Ten
($46,610.00) Dollars in unappropriated plant investment fee
revenues.
Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such

invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions or
applications of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held on
the ~day of ~ , 1975, at 1:00 P.~. in the
City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, colorado.
