ORDINANCE NO. ~-~
(Series of 1975)
AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING RECEIPT OF $111,371.00 FROM PITKIN
COUNTY AND FEDERAL GRANT REVENUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,000.00
(HUD 701 FUNDS); AND APPROPRIATING THE $111,371.00 FOR OPER-
ATION OF THE CITY-COUNTY PLANNING OFFICE, AND THE $3,000.00
FOR THE HOUSING AND LAND USE INVENTORY
WHEREAS, the city and~County have agreed to jointly
fund the operation of the City-County Planning office and the
County has reimbursed the City in the amount of One Hundred
Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-One ($111,371.00) Dollars
for Planning Office expenditures to date, and
WHEREAS, the City has expended Three Thousand ($3,000.00)
Dollars in a land use inventory for which it has now received re-
imbursement from HUD (701 Fund), and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to recognize receipt
of these amounts and to appropriate them to the Planning office
Budget and land use inventory as appropriate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That revenues be recognized and corresponding amounts be
appropriated as follows:
General Fund
Reimbursement from Pitkin County
Federal HUD 701 Grant
Planning office Operating Costs
Land Use Inventory
Appropriation
Revenues Expenses

Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such

invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid pro-
visions or applications, and to this end the provisions or applic-
ations of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held on the

Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
