AN ORDINANCE REZONING THREE RECENTLY ANNEXED ENCLAVES LOCATED WITHIN
THE WEST END OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, AND REZONING SAID PARCELS AS
RESIDENTIAL R-15
WHEREAS, the City of Aspen has initiated and completed the
annexation of three enclaves within the city, and
WHEREAS, the 1965 Municipal Annexation Act requires that
recently annexed lands be rezoned within ninety (90) days after
completion of the annexation proceedings, and the Aspen Planning &
Zoning Commission has recommended that the annexed enclaves be rezoned
R-15 so as to conform to the zoning of the lands adjacent to said en-
claves.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN,
COLORADO:
Section 1
That the following described tracts located within Pitkin
County, colorado, be and hereby are rezoned Residential R-15, to wit:
Parcel A
Lots 4 and 5, Pitkin Mesa Subdivision,
containing 0.739 acres, more or less.
Block 1,
Parcel B
Lot 7, West Aspen Subdivision, Filing
taining 0.348 acres, more or less.

Parcel C
A tract of land in the Northwest one-quarter
Sec. 12, T10S, R85W of the 6th P.M. more fully
described as follows:
Beginning at a point whence the one-quarter corner
between Section 11 and Section 12, T10S, R85W of
the 6th P.M. bears S.46°08'15" W. 1394.64 feet; thence
S.13°34' E. 200.00 feet; thence N.76°26' E. 122.30
feet; thence N.25°14' 1'7. 204.22 feet; thence S.76°26'
W. 81.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing
0.47 acres, more or less.

Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof
to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall
not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can
be given effect without the invalid provisions or applications, and to
this end the provisions or applications of this ordinance are declared
to be severable.
