AN ORDINANCE REZONING A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING
WHICH IS THE SITE OF ASPEN VIEW CONDOMINIUMS AND
PROPERTY RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY

ZONING SAID
WHEREAS, the Aspen City Council has recently annexed a
tract of land to facilitate the condominiumization of the Aspen
View Apartments, and
WHEREAS, the provisions of the 1965 Municipal Annex-
ation Act require zoning of annexed lands within ninety (90) days
of completion of annexation procedures, and
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommend-
ed the designation of this parcel as R/MF, Residential Multi-Family,
and the City Council is of the opinion that such district design-
ation is appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That the following described tract of land located in
Pitkin County, Colorado, be and hereby is zoned R/MF, Residential
Multi-Family:
A parcel of land being part of Riverside Placer,
U.S.~.S. 3905 Amended, Sec. 18, T10S, R84W of
the 6th P.M. Said parcel is more fully described
as follows:
Beginning at a point from whence corner no. 3,
99 Lode Claim (Brass Cap in place) bears S.89°46'
E. 255.59 feet; thence S.06°23' E. 31.04 feet;
thence N.85°50' W. 209.84 feet; thence N.04°54'
W. 16.51 feet; thence S.89°46' E. 207.24 feet to
the point of beginning. Said parcel contains
.1126 acres, more or less.

Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such in-
validity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid pro-
visions or applications, and to this end the provisions or applic-
ations of this ordinance are declared to be serverable.
Section 3
That a public hearing on this ordinance be held on the
/j~day of ~~ , 1975, at 5:00 p.m. in the City
Council Chambers, City Hall, Aspen, Colorado, and that said hear-
ing be preceded by fifteen (15) days published notice of the same
in a newspaper of general circulation within the City.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED published as provided by
law by the City Council of the City of Aspen, at its regular meet-
ing held
