HomeMy WebLinkAboutordinance.council.078-75RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves ORDINANCE NO. 7~ (Series of 1975) AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING ADDITIONAL REVENUES IN THE GENERAL FUND FROM STATE GRANTS, CITY SHARE OF THE PITKIN COUNTY SALES TAX, FEES, PERMITS, INTER-GOVERNMENTAL REVENUES, INTEREST INCOME, RENTS AND ROYALTIES; AND APPROPRIATING MONIES WITHIN THE SAME FUND FOR CITY ADMINISTRATION AND DEPARTMENTS AND FOR CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to recognize additional revenues in the General Fund and appropriate monies from said fund as itemized below, NOW, r!£HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 That additional revenues be recognized within the General Fund and appropriated as follows: General Fund Pitkin County Budget, Dog Warden State Grants (CETA) City Share (53%) of Pitkin County Sales Tax (2%) Fees and Licenses Permits Inter-governmental Revenue - State Fines and Towing Fees Recreation Fees Interest Income Operation I.D. Section 2 If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid pro- visions or applications, and to this end the provisions or applications of this ordinance are declared to be severable. Section 3 A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held on the /C~A~day of /'~~~., 1975 at 5:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
