ORDINANCE NO. 7~
(Series of 1975)
AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING ADDITIONAL REVENUES IN THE WATER FUND
FROM PLANT INVESTMENT FEES, BOND REFUNDING AND STATE GRANTS;
AND APPROPRIATING MONIES FROM THIS FUND FOR WATER RIGHTS, THE
GOLF COURSE INTERCONNECT AND DEPRECIATION
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that additional
revenues within the Water Fund are available for appropriation
and wishes to expend these funds as itemized below,
i~OW, THEREFORE, DE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That additional revenues be recognized in, and monies
appropriated from the Water Fund as follows:
Water Fund
State Grants (CETA)
Additional Plant Investment Fees
1975 Bond Refunding
Other Miscellaneous Revenues
Water Rights - General
Golf Course Interconnect
Depreciation
Salaries (CETA)

Leaving an unappropriated surplus of Two Hundred

Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
$178,412.00

the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid pro-
visions or applications, and to this end the provisions or applic-
ations of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held on the
/~ZT~day of ~~/', 1975 at 5:00 P.M. in the City
Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
