AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING ADDITIONAL REVENUES IN THE ELECTRIC
UTILITY AND APPROPRIATING THESE FOR DEPRECIATION AND SALARIES
WHEREAS, additional revenues have been received
through commercial and residential service by the electric
utility and the City Council wishes to appropriate the same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That the following revenues be attributed to the
electric utility and appropriated thereform as follows:
Electric Fund
Additional Revenues-Commercial
Service
Additional Revenues-Residential
Service
State Grants (CETA)
Depreciation
Salaries (CETA)
Expenditures Revenues
(20,885.00)
7,481.00
$13,404.00
$ 75,000.00
30,000.00
7,~81.00
$112,481.00
Leaving an unappropriated surplus in the amount of
One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Five
($125,885.00) Dollars.
Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid

provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions or
applications of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held on
the /~f~day of /~.~c~/~, 1975 at 5:00 P.M. in the
City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
