AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24-3.2 OF THE ASPEN MUNICIPAL CODE
BY THE INCLUSION OF COMMERCIAL BAKERY AS A PERMITTED USE WITHIN
THE SERVICE/COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRiAL ZONING DISTRICT OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has initiat-
ed and recommended an amendment to the City zoning provisions such
as to designate commercial bakery as a permitted use within the
Service/Commercial/Industrial District, and
WHEREAS, the City Council endorses this amendment and
wishes to incorporate the same into the Aspen Municipal Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That Section 24-3.2 of the Aspen Municipal Code be
amended such as to include "Commercial Bakery" as a permitted use
within the Service/Commercial/Industrial zone district.
Section 2
if any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid pro-
visions or applications, and to this end the provisions or applic-
ations of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
That a public hearing be held on this ordinance on
~~ ~ , 1975, at 5:00 P.M. in the City Council
Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado, fifteen (15) days
prior to which hearing notice of the same shall be published
