AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNAPPROPRIATED WATER RESERVES OF
$5~150.00 TO PAY THE BOND INTEREST FOR WATER BOND REFUNDING AND
$2,$00.00 FOR ROAD BASE FOR THE GALENA WATER MAIN
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there are
available for appropriation water revenues in excess of those
estimated in the budget and the Council, by virtue of Section
9.!2(a) of the Home Rule Charter, may make supplemental appropriations
for the year up to an amount of such excess, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to appropriate such
excess water revenues in the following manner,
JOW, ~HEREFORE, ~E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That there be appropriated from the unappropriated water
revenues the sum of Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty
Dollars, as follows:
Water Department
Unappropriated Water Revenues
Bond Interest - 75 Water
Refunding Bonds
Road Base for Galena Water Main
($7, ~50.00)

if any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity
shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance
which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applica-
tions, and to this end the provisions or applications of this
