HomeMy WebLinkAboutordinance.council.025-76RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves No. (Series of 1976) AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING $9,830.00 IN UNANTICIPATED REVENUES IN THE GENERAL FUND; RECOGNIZING A REDUCTION IN PITKIN COUNTY GRANT PROGRAM REVENUES OF $8,495.00; AND APPROPRIATING FROM SUCH FUND $2,250.00 FOR THE WOODY CREEK ZONING STUDY AND $6,080.00 FOR THE REPAIRS TO THE LIFT NUMBER ONE BUILDING WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there are available for appropriation in the general fund revenues in excess of those estimated in the budget and the City Council, by virtue of Section 9.!2(a) of the Home Rule Charter, nay make supplemental appropriations for the year up to the amount of such excess, and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to recognize the un- anticipated revenues and to appropriate such excess general funds in the following manner, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 ~hat there be recognized additional revenues in the general fund and that Eight Thousand Three Hundred Thirty ($8,330.00) Dollars be appropriated from such fund as follows: General Fund Reduced Revenues appropriated from Pitkin County for Services of Urban Economist Interest Income Pitkin County Joint Programs Insurance Proceeds (Lift Number One Building) Woody Creek Zoning Study (Planning Office) Repair of Lift Number One Building leaving unappropriated revenues One Hundred Fifty-Five Appropriation Revenues $ (8,495.00) 1,500.00 2,250.00 Expenditures 6,080.00 2,250.00 6,080.00 $ 9,803.00 $ 8,330.00 in the general fund in the amount of ($155.00)Dollars. RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves Section 2 if any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalid- tiy shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions and applications of this ordinance are declared to be severable. Section 3 A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held on the ~ ~ay ~ 1976, at 5:00 P.M. in the City Council of Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
