AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING UNANTICIPATED REVENUES TO THE SEVENTH
PENNY SALES TAX FUND AND APPROVING EXPENDITURES FROM THE FUND
TOTALING $31,212.00 FOR TRANSIT OPERATIONS, INCLUDING THE
SNOWMASS RESORT ASSOCIATION BUS SERVICE
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there are
available for appropriation Seventh Penny Sales Tax Revenues
and the City Council wishes to approve the same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
~hat revenues be recognized and funds appropriated from the
Seventh Penny Sales Tax Fund as follows:

Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof
to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity
shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance
which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applica-
tions, and to this end the provisions or applications of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
