ORDINANCE NO.
(Series of 1976)
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $66,750.00 OF UNAPPROPRIATED REVENUES
FROM THE ELECTRIC FUND TO THE ELECTRICAL UNDERGROUNDING CON-
STRUCTION FUND ($36,750.00) AND TO THE MALL CONSTRUCTION FUND
($30,000.00 FOR MALL LIGHTING)
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there are
available for appropriation revenues from the electric utility,
and the City Council wishes to appropriate from such revenues
amounts for electrical undergrounding and fDrconstructing street
lighting within the Aspen mall,
~OW, THEREFORE, DE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That there be appropriated from the unappropriated revenues
of the electric fund a total of Sixty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred
Fifty ($66,750.00)
Electric Fund
Electric Fund Unappropriated Revenues
Transfer to Electric Undergrounding
Construction Fund
Transfer to Mall Construction Fund
(Mall Lighting)
Dollars in the following manner:
Appropriation

Leaving unappropriated revenues of $46,835.00
Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof
to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity
shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance
which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applica-
%ions, and to this end the provisions or applications of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.

A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held on the
