ORDINANCE NO. 4/

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $8,~00.00 OF UNAPPROPRIATED SEVENTH PENNY
SALES TAX REVENUES FOR THE PAVING OF RIGHT OF WAY ADJACENT TO THE
ASPEN PEDESTRIAN MALL
~'r~EREAS, the City Manager has reported that their remain
unappropriated Seventh Penny Sales Tax Revenues sufficient to cover
the cost of doing additional paving of rights of way abutting the
Aspen Pedestrian Mall, and
~HEREAS, the City Council deems such expenditure appropriate;
~OW, UHEREFORE, ~E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:

Additional Mall Paving
That there be appropriated Eight Thousand Eight Hundred
Dollars from Seventh Penny Sales Tax Revenues as follows:

unappropriated revenues in said fund.

If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity
shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which
can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applications, and
to this end the provisions or applications of this ordinance are de-
clared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held on the~__~
