ORDINANCE NO. ~
(Series of 1976)
AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING ADDITIONAL MALL BOND PROCEEDS OF $250,000.00
AND APPROPRIATING SUCH AMOUNT TO THE MALL CONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, the City, to date, has recognized and appropriated
only Six Hundred Thousand ($600,000.00) Dollars of the total Eight
Hundred Fifty Thousand ($850,000.00) Dollars eventually received from
the issuance of the mall construction bond proceeds, and it is necessary
to appropriate this unencumbered balance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1

Mall Bond Proceeds

Section 2
of the proceeds as yet unappropriated in
Appropriation
Revenues

if any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity
shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance
which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applica-
tions, and to this end the provisions or applications of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held on the
